Dale City families don’t need to stress about being able to afford school supplies.
The Dale City Civic Association‘s (DCCA) annual “Community Backpack” drive has begun.
Various items as well as cash and checks are being collected by the non-profit.
“Do you remember the excitement of getting all new school supplies to start the new year? Please help make that possible for all the students in the Dale City community by supporting the Dale City Civic Association’s Annual Backpack and School Supply drive with items on the … flyer or a monetary donation for supplies,” DCCA Secretary Patti Beattie wrote in an email. “Your help does make a difference.”
Items can be brought to D.E.P. Copying & Printing Center, 14816 Build America Drive in Woodbridge.
Donors may also call 703-499-988 and ask for Lisa.
