It’s a wonderful time of year for chocolate lovers.
The sixth annual Chocolate Walk is occurring in Occoquan.
Slated for February 9, the free event will offer chocolate sweets at various businesses.
Participants who locate eight Valentines symbols can enter for a chance to win a chocolate diamond necklace and a gift certificate.
The Occoquan Merchants’ Guild is sponsoring the event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Parking will be available throughout the town.
Patriot Scuba is offering a free shuttle from the Route 123 Commuter lot to 305 Mill Street between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Donations to Patriots for Disabled Divers, a non-profit, will be accepted.
