Community members spent some time with Saint Nicholas before he embarked on his famous trip.
Lutheran Church of the Covenant (LCOC) in Dale City hosted a Breakfast with Santa event earlier this month.
“This is just one of the many ways Lutheran Church of the Covenant ministers to the community,” LCOC Council Member Patti Beattie wrote in an email.
The program offered a free breakfast, crafts, games and treats to its 150 participants.
Children and adults also were also able to take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
