According to Historic Manassas, Inc.’s website, they are calling for submissions that will be transformed into hanging banners on light posts in Downtown Manassas,
60 submissions will be selected, according to the Historic Manassas, Inc. website.
All individuals in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. age 16 or older are allowed to submit their entries until January 15, according to their website.
According to the Historic Manassas, Inc. website, entries to the contest can be done online, by email or in the mail. There is an entry fee of $30 for up to 3 images, stated their website.
