Economic development opportunities are coming to the Woodbridge area.
Business leaders will be able to explore them at a Business Networking Reception on Thursday.
Supervisor Frank Principi and the Woodbridge Potomac Communities Civic Association (WPCCA) are running the event, which starts at 7 p.m. at Harbour Grill, 13188 Marina Way in Woodbridge.
Participants may talk with county representatives from the Department of Development Services (DDS), the Department of Transportation, and the Planning Office, according to a release from Principi’s office.
Details about local projects and the North Woodbridge Small Area Plan will be shared, as well.
In recent years, various types of infrastructure have been built in Prince William County, including schools and roads. Transportation has also been improved, according to Principi.
“We have laid the groundwork,” Principi said in a release. “Now, we are inviting our business community, along with those considering a future here, to learn how they can tap into the full potential of New Woodbridge.”
Appetizers and a cash bar are being offered at the free program.
Individuals must register for the reception. Individuals who have questions may call 703-792-4646.
