A celebration of diversity and culture will be taking place in Manassas.
On August 3, guests are invited to the annual Manassas African American Heritage Festival hosted by the First Baptist Church of Manassas.
According to the Manassas African American Heritage Festival website, this event will feature at least 100 vendors, a classic car show, free school supplies, children’s games, all-day entertainment and more.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Metz Middle School, 9950 Wellington Road in Manassas. Admission is free.
For attendees, there will be a shuttle bus service running from Osbourn High School Parking lot, 1977 Eagle Way in Manassas, every half hour from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
