Patrick Turla recently stopped at the BJ’s located at 14123 Noblewood Plaza in Woodbridge.
While there, he purchased a James Bond 007 scratcher from the Virginia Lottery, according to a release from the Virginia Lottery.
It turned out to be a winning lottery ticket.
The decision resulted in Turla winning $170,000, which he realized after bringing it to his car.
“It was so great!” the Woodbridge resident told the Virginia Lottery. “My wife was screaming in the car!”
James Bond 007 players can win between $5 and $170,000. There is a 1 in 4.25 possibility of getting any prize, and a 1 in 1,224,000 chance of winning $170,000.
