Those living or working in Prince William County have a new way to stay up to date on the latest projects.
A new page on the Prince William County Service Authority’s (PWCSA) website offers an interactive map that contains information about projects that are in the design or construction phase.
The projects are included in the PWCSA’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), a document that focuses on future work that will improve or grow the organization’s infrastructure, according to a release.
Website visitors can access the map by clicking “Current and Future CIP Construction Projects,” which is listed under the “What We Do” tab.
Projects on the map are represented by icons — an engineering compass for those being designed and a shovel for construction work. A clarifier symbolizes work at the H.L. Mooney Advanced Water Reclamation Facility in Woodbridge.
Below the map are links that direct community members to more details about the projects, including public information meetings.
Contact information is available on the map for those interested in learning more about the projects.
