Citizens will receive a sneak peek of what the future has in store for two major roadways.
A presentation on the development and redevelopment of I-95 and Route 1 is taking place on Thursday.
The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Regional Center for Workforce Education and Training in Woodbridge.
Infrastructure, hub zones, and the I-95 defense technology corridor are a few topics experts will focus on, according to a release.
They will discuss how I-95 is positively impacting Prince William County, as well.
During the next five years, the local community and the Commonwealth of Virginia are planning to invest more than $400 million for county road improvements.
The updates may reduce the amount of time commuters spend in the car.
Registration for the event is available online.
