The closing of one Manassas road might impact drivers later this week.
Lomond Drive to Crestwood Drive on Ashton Avenue in Manassas will be closed on Wednesday night and Thursday night.
From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Prince William County Service Authority (PWCSA) will be working on the Sudley Road Water Main Improvements Project, according to a release.
During the year-long project, about 7,700 feet of 16-inch water main will be installed between the Sudley Road-Rixlew Lane conjunction and the Ashton Avenue-Sudley Manor Drive intersection.
Signs from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will inform travelers about other routes.
