Members of the Hispanic community will be learning about mental health and receiving support.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Prince William and Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Action (HOLA) are hosting a Latino Mental Health Awareness and Outreach program at 4 p.m. on January 6.
It’s taking place in the Community Room of Todos Supermarket in Woodbridge.
During the event, three panelists who have struggled with a mental health condition will describe their experience.
They are also going to answer questions from audience members.
Free educational and support programs will be available to families who are being impacted by mental illnesses.
The panel will offer free refreshments, as well.
