The Martin K. Alloy Boys & Girls Club of Manassas is getting a makeover.
Members from the Hilton Worldwide Global Headquarters will be coming to assist the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington on October 30 to update the club. According to a release, Hilton volunteers will update, paint, and install furniture and electronics in the Club’s entrance, games room, education center and teen room allowing for a fun, safe space for youth to enjoy and spend time while offering an improved environment for conducting enrichment programs.

The Martin K. Alloy Boys & Girls Club of Manassas is one of the largest in the area with over 940 registered members, serving an average of 110 children a day after school. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington is to help boys and girls of all backgrounds, especially those who need us most, build confidence, develop character and acquire the skills needed to become productive, civic-minded, responsible adults.
This project is part of the Global Month of Service, an initiative from Hilton Worldwide to perform community service projects around the world.
