Individuals and organizations who have gone above and beyond to help others are about to be recognized.
A Universal Human Rights Day celebration is slated for 9 a.m. on Saturday.
The Prince William County Human Rights Commission is hosting the free event at the McCoart Administration Building in Woodbridge, according to a release from the county.
Breakfast will be provided and officials will hand out the annual Human Rights Awards.

In addition to breakfast and the presentation of awards, the program will offer a poem reading and music selected for the occasion.
Art Jackson, a pastor and teacher, is serving as the Keynote Speaker.
