Community members can purchase locally made items, take classes and be entertained in one place: The Farmers Market Woodbridge.
The farmer’s market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays until October 27. It is held in the commuter parking lot near The Cheesecake Factory at Potomac Mills Mall.
Produce, jams, jellies, and fresh cut flowers are among the items that are available for purchase.
Local comedian Carol Covin, Literally Lyndy and a Polynesian Dance group recently performed at the Farmers Market Woodbridge.
Later this month, farmer’s market visitors can participate in Goat Yoga at 9:30 a.m. on June 16 and June 23.
Goat yoga is a new trend that allows participants to meditate alongside baby goats.
