Area residents are recognizing a non-profit’s history and role in the community.
The Prince William Committee of 100 is having its anniversary this month.
Established 30 years ago, the organization offers a non-partisan setting where Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park citizens can discuss various issues and goals.
It meets on the third Thursday of most months.
To celebrate its anniversary, the Prince William Committee of 100 will host a party at 7 p.m. on December 13.
The event, which is free for members, will occur at Old Hickory Golf Club in Woodbridge.
Non-members may attend by paying $30. They can also participate for free by becoming members.
To RSVP for the program, contact Jacob Mosser at Mosserjd@gmail.com or 703-945-9867.
