Community members can learn about other cultures at an upcoming event.
Woodbridge Potomac Communities Civic Association (WPCCA) is hosting the second annual International Festival of Woodbridge on June 21.
It will be held between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. at the A.J. Ferlazzo Building in Woodbridge, according to a release.
“Held in the heart of Woodbridge, this free festival, come rain or shine, offers you and your family an exciting opportunity and the ability to connect with many different cultures from around the world through cuisine, dance and music,” WPCCA Board member Maureen Parlette said.
Community members and groups can participate requesting stage time to perform dances or songs, or by reserving a table that will display activities and information.
WPCCA is also seeking volunteers who can help set-up, check-in, and other tasks.
WPCCA is an organization that seeks to address various issues, including land use and development.
