The new Bar Louie location at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center is now open.
Last night was the ribbon cutting for the location, which makes it the eighth Bar Louie in Virginia, and the third in Prince William County.
“We’re super excited about the growth – this is actually the third in the county,” said one spokesman from Bar Louie.
The restaurant has taken the space once operated as Travinia Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar, which closed its doors last year.
According to a spokesman, the restaurant opening has provided 73 jobs to area residents.
It’s one of two businesses coming to the shopping mall this year.
Bar Louie will have theme nights for customers, including Football Night on Sunday, $5 burgers after 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, and Happy Hour 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. They also have 20 draft beers on tap and 15 different wine options.
“We appreciate that you actually believe in the growth of our county,” said Prince William County Chamber of Commerce Chairman Jim Elliot.
