The aviation industry is reaching new heights in Manassas.
Matt Carstensen, an Aurora Flight Sciences project manager, is speaking at the Freedom Museum on March 26.
The museum is holding the free meeting in the Manassas Regional Airport’s Terminal Building at 7:30 p.m., according to a release.
Aviation project management is one focus of the presentation. The Personal Air Vehicle, which successfully flew for the first time at the airport in January, will also be discussed.
Carstensen was previously an Aviation Electrician work center Supervisor at the United States Navy’s Strategic Air Command Wing One.
He attended Syracuse University in New York, where he received his bachelor’s in political science and international relations. Carstensen earned his Master of Business Administration from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
